1. Commencing 17 Jun 2021, (every working Thursday and Friday) issue of Empanelment Certificates will be done at the office of DGR, on submission and verification/ scrutiny of relevant documents.
2. All proprietors who have submitted documents online for issue of Provisional Empanelment Certificate or have been issued with one, are also required to visit this office alongwith all relevant documents (in original) for verification/ scrutiny prior issue of Empanelment Certificate.
3. Tokens will be issued at main reception from 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs only for submission of documents.
4. These instructions supercede all earlier instructions on the subject.
