The Diploma in Management of Academic Institutions acknowledges the vital role education plays in societal development. By offering insights into the administration and management of academic institutions, this course empowers retired officers to contribute effectively to the enhancement of educational institutions' efficiency and quality, thereby fostering a Conducive learning environment.

The Diploma in Counselling recognizes the importance of mental health support in contemporary society. Through specialized training in counselling techniques and psychological interventions, this course enables retired officers to become compassionate and skilled counsellors, catering to the emotional well-being of individuals across various settings.
